SKT's 'T Membership' Launches Exam-Season Benefits Based on College Students' Ideas

[Edaily Reporter Yoon Jeong-hoon] #SK Telecom announced on the 7th that it will introduce tailored benefits for the June exam period by incorporating ideas from college student customers into its membership program.

These benefits were planned based on ideas proposed through SKT’s university student engagement program, “CX Campus.” Participating students had suggested measures such as △offering benefits aligned with the academic calendar △enhancing coffee and dessert benefits during exam periods △and expanding offline participatory programs.

Reflecting these suggestions, SKT will operate “0 (Young) Week” during the exam period in university districts and meet university students directly through the “T Membership Coffee Dream Car.”

SKT currently runs “0 Week,” a benefits program for customers aged 13 to 34, every month. In particular, the company selects monthly themes that reflect the interests and lifestyle patterns of young customers, focusing on providing benefits most preferred by college students and recent graduates.

The theme for June’s “0 Week” is the university exam period. While “0 Week” is typically held during the first week of each month, it will be temporarily held during the second week (June 8–12) in June to accommodate the exam schedule.

The benefits are centered on coffee and desserts, which university students frequently seek out during exam periods. In addition to a 50% discount coupon for Mega MGC Coffee’s iced Americano, the program offers benefits redeemable at Banapresso, Twosome Place, and Baskin-Robbins.

To help customers enjoy cultural activities after their exams, discounts on musicals and exhibitions are also provided, and tickets to the “One Universe Festival” and “ToyCon Seoul 2026” will be given away through a raffle.

Furthermore, SKT plans to visit campuses with the “T Membership Coffee Dream Car” to communicate directly with university students and convey its support.

From June 15 to 19, SKT will visit five universities in Seoul, including Kyung Hee University, Kwangwoon University, University of Seoul, Sungkyunkwan University, and Sejong University. SKT customers can enjoy a free cup of coffee on-site after verifying their T Membership status, and those who participate in the mission can receive additional coffee and donuts.

Detailed information on June benefits, including the ‘0 week’ and ‘T Membership Coffee Dream Car’ events, is available on the T Membership website and the T Membership app.

Yoon Jae-woong, Head of SKT’s Product & Brand Division, stated, “This June’s ‘0 week’ and ‘T Membership Coffee Dream Car’ events are the result of incorporating feedback from university student customers gathered through ‘CX Campus’ into our actual membership programs.” He added, “We will continue to listen to our customers’ voices and expand benefits tailored to their daily lives and interests.”
