Bitplanet Partners with CoreTrustLink to Enhance Digital Administrative Systems for Educational Institutions

Joint Development of an Integrated Management System for the Overall Administration of Educational Institutions, Including Schools and School Districts Comprehensive collaboration in consulting, operations, and technical support based on a partnership between the two companies Aiming to Secure a Long-Term Revenue Base Through Collaboration in Operations, Maintenance, and Derivatives Business

[Edaily Reporter Lee Jeong-hoon] #BitPlanet, an information systems development and system integration (SI) company, announced on the 8th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for "mutual cooperation on educational administration information projects" with Core Trust Link (CTL), an AI-based digital trust infrastructure startup.

The educational administration information project is a public IT initiative that digitizes and computerizes the entire spectrum of administrative tasks for educational institutions—including schools, education offices, and the Ministry of Education—ranging from the management of grades, attendance, and student records to faculty personnel affairs, payroll, and budget and accounting processing.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to actively collaborate across all areas—including consulting, operations, and technical support—to jointly carry out projects for building administrative computerization systems for educational institutions. In particular, their strategy is to combine each company’s technical capabilities and business know-how to strengthen their competitiveness in the public education market and establish a stable service delivery system.

Bitplanet has a solid track record of project execution in the education and public IT sectors. To date, Bitplanet has supported academic and administrative services for approximately 6.48 million students across some 11,000 elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide, including projects related to the National Education Information System (NEIS) operated by the Ministry of Education, the 17 metropolitan and provincial offices of education, and the Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS). Through the SchoolNet project, the company has also successfully built and operated school internet networks, servers, and security systems.

With the addition of CTL’s capabilities, the partnership is expected to generate even stronger synergies. CTL is a company that provides solutions specialized in internal control automation and risk management for corporations and public institutions, and has established a strong foothold in the public IT market based on its stable and proven technological capabilities.

Bitplanet’s SI Division plans to leverage its collaboration with CTL to evolve into a comprehensive service partner that not only implements administrative computerization systems for educational institutions but also covers post-launch operation, maintenance, and derivative projects.

Park Jae-han, CEO of Bitplanet’s SI Business Division, stated, “By combining CTL’s internal control automation technology with Bitplanet’s system development capabilities, we will establish ourselves as a stable and trusted service partner in the educational administration information sector.” He added, “We will build a long-term cooperative relationship that goes beyond simple system development to encompass operational maintenance and derivative projects.”

This agreement is valid for two years from the date of signing, and the two companies plan to proceed with discussions to specify the scope of their cooperation in phases.
