Through this MOU, the two companies plan to establish a multifaceted cooperation framework based on their respective business areas and technologies. Jin Infra has a need for technology to expand beyond its telecommunications network construction business into system integration (SI) and CCTV, while Focus AI is pursuing business expansion; these complementary strengths formed the basis for the strategic partnership. The two companies plan to pursue comprehensive cooperation across various areas, including △CCTV △industrial safety △telecommunications and networks △SI projects △joint ventures with KT and others △public sector projects △platform integration, and product development and enhancement. Focus AI will provide AI CCTV solutions, cooperation on public sector projects and SI projects, and the implementation of JinInfra’s proprietary solutions. JinInfra will collaborate with Focus AI on SI/NI projects and SI projects within smart city initiatives. Beyond this, the strategy is to continuously identify new joint business opportunities to create synergies for the technological development and advancement of both companies. JinInfra boasts a stable financial structure, having achieved an A+ credit rating as of last year. Its main business areas include △network design, construction, and maintenance △leasing of communication lines and equipment △cloud infrastructure deployment △solution distribution. The company operates 21 branches and centers across the country, maintaining a nationwide business network. A Focus AI official explained, “We expect this business agreement to provide an opportunity to secure momentum for performance growth this year by expanding our SI business model, diversifying revenue sources, and expanding the supply of industrial safety solutions—all of which are Focus AI’s key priorities.” The official added, “By combining the network infrastructure capabilities of both companies with AI-based video and industrial safety solution technologies, we will continue to expand new business opportunities in both the public and private sectors.”
