This collection consists of 24 works carefully selected by eight leading global galleries and is characterized by its diverse perspectives on Swiss contemporary art and the identity of Basel as an art city. Through its partnership with Art Basel, Samsung Electronics is showcasing works from exhibitions held in Hong Kong, Basel, Paris, and Miami Beach via the Samsung Art Store.

The collection includes works from the collections of renowned galleries such as Mai 36, von Bartha, Skopia, and Blue Velvet. It also features works by Swiss contemporary artists including Thomas Huber, Tobias Kaspar, and Athene Galisiadis.

Samsung Electronics plans to install an art wall at the "Art Basel in Basel 2026" venue, which runs from the 18th to the 21st, and display this collection through its Art TV lineup, including Micro RGB, OLED, The Frame Pro, and The Frame.

Works created in collaboration with Daniel Arsham, Samsung Electronics’ new Art TV ambassador, will also be unveiled at the event. The custom bezel designed by Daniel Arsham exclusively for ‘The Frame Pro’ features a three-dimensional pattern inspired by topographic map data, transforming the TV itself into a work of art.

Lee Heon, Executive Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ Visual Display Business, said, “This collection captures the artistic heritage and creativity of Basel, the home of Art Basel,” adding, “Based on our ongoing collaboration with Art Basel, we will strive to enable users to enjoy world-class artworks in their daily lives.”

Samsung Art Store is an art subscription service exclusively for Samsung TVs, available in over 117 countries worldwide, allowing users to view more than 5,000 artworks in 4K resolution. This year, the service has been expanded to include OLED models.

The service is available on the 2026 Samsung Art TV lineup, including the newly added OLED (SH95) model, as well as The Frame, The Frame Pro, Micro RGB, and Neo QLED, allowing users to comfortably enjoy a variety of artworks, including this collection, as part of their daily lives.
