(Photo = Samhyun) A mass-production prototype order refers to a prototype order that is contingent upon securing a mass-production contract. If this order leads to full-scale mass production in the future, it will mark the first instance of a domestic company supplying core actuators to a global humanoid robot company. In addition to this order, Samhyun is currently engaged in comprehensive joint development projects with multiple global robotics companies. Through close discussions with these companies regarding orders and development, Samhyun has proactively identified the specific requirements of various global clients and plans to launch a diversified, customized product lineup capable of meeting those needs. The actuators secured in this order are based on Samhyun’s “3-in-1 integrated solution,” which combines a motor, controller, and reducer into a single unit. They feature high torque density and ultra-low latency control technology. The company explains that the quality reliability and mass production capabilities Samhyun has built up in the automotive electronics industry were decisive factors in securing this order. Recently added to the KOSDAQ 150 and KRX 300 indices, Samhyun plans to leverage the infrastructure of its preemptively secured second factory to build a portfolio encompassing high-load autonomous mobile robots (HAMR) and humanoid robot actuators, aiming to leap forward as a global autonomous manufacturing (AX) solution platform company. Park Ki-won, CEO of Samhyun, stated, “Based on a product lineup that fully meets the diverse needs of global customers, we will secure a leading position in the rapidly growing market for next-generation humanoid robot actuators. We will strive to achieve sales growth, enhance corporate value, and maximize shareholder returns.”
