Building on its recruitment branding expertise accumulated through work with startups and private companies, Wanted Lab has secured its first reference by introducing a solution tailored to the public sector environment. The recruitment branding content for the PSEPP unveiled through this project is characterized by its departure from existing stereotypes about public institutions, instead highlighting a flexible organizational culture and the growth experiences of its members. While providing practical recruitment information—such as the interview atmosphere, evaluation criteria, and preparation tips for each stage of the selection process—the content also conveys the organization’s vision, work experience, and welfare systems in a multidimensional way through interviews with current employees.
Wanted Lab plans to expand its business partnerships to include public institutions and mutual aid associations. Recently, the importance of recruitment branding has been growing within public institutions as they seek to respond to the changing employment landscape and effectively select talent.
Wanted Lab intends to expand its operations to include customized consulting services, including recruitment branding. The company plans to provide various recruitment support solutions to private and public enterprises seeking to secure talent that aligns with their corporate values. A Wanted Lab representative stated, “This project is the first instance of applying the recruitment branding capabilities we have accumulated in the private sector to the public sector,” adding, “We will continue to support more public institutions in securing top talent and strengthening their organizational competitiveness.”
