According to the company, the product garnered significant interest even during the pre-registration phase prior to the launch, with approximately 2,800 people signing up. The Bravo Edge features a "Redball Quick Dial" function that allows users to intuitively adjust the tilt intensity even while seated. It also broadens consumer choice by offering options such as a mesh headrest and an aluminum base. Analysis of payment data revealed that the proportion of customers choosing the line with the mesh headrest was approximately twice that of the standard line. It was also found that one in three buyers selected the high-end aluminum option. This indicates growing consumer demand for customizing products to suit their personal tastes and usage environments, rather than purchasing products with a single, fixed specification. Interest in the Bravo series is also growing in overseas markets. At the Neocon trade show in the U.S., DuoBack held discussions with representatives from major North American office furniture and supply distributors regarding the potential for supplying Bravo Edge products and establishing partnerships. The company is currently engaged in follow-up negotiations to enter the local market. A DuoBack representative stated, “Based on the success of our domestic crowdfunding campaign and the interest from overseas markets observed at the Neocon exhibition, we plan to continue strengthening the competitiveness of the Bravo series.”
