[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] The Korea Exchange (KRX) will hold a commemorative ceremony and a large-scale investor relations (IR) event to mark the 30th anniversary of the KOSDAQ market’s launch.

(Photo: Korea Exchange) This event was organized to reflect on the 30 years of growth achieved by the KOSDAQ Market, which opened on July 1, 1996, and to strengthen its role as a market centered on future high-tech and innovative industries.
From the same day through the 3rd, the KRX will also co-host the “KOSDAQ CONNECT 2026” event with the Korea IR Association and the KOSDAQ Association. The event will take place at the Conrad Hotel, as well as the KRX Seoul Headquarters’ exhibition hall, conference hall, and IR Center.
Approximately 100 KOSDAQ-listed companies, along with institutional investors, venture capital (VC) firms, and securities industry representatives, will participate in this event. A variety of programs are planned, including corporate IR sessions, lectures by industry experts, policy seminars, and CEO panel discussions.
Joint IR sessions will be held each day of the event based on daily themes. On the first day, July 1, participants will include Alteogen Inc.(196170), ABL Bio Inc.(298380), HPSP Co., Ltd.(403870), ROBOTIS(108490), PharmaResearch(214450), CLASSYS Inc.(214150), and SILICON 2 Co.,Ltd.(257720).
On the 2nd, companies such as Voronoi, Inc.(310210), #CLOBOT Co., Ltd., VT(018290), #SemiFive Inc., and #Nota Inc. are scheduled to meet with investors, while on the 3rd, Neosem Inc.(253590), Curocell Inc.(372320), #Onconic Therapeutics Inc., and OSCOTEC Inc.(039200) are scheduled to meet with investors. This year, KONEX-listed companies will also participate and conduct investor relations (IR) sessions for investors.
The event will feature lectures on major industry trends—including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, robotics, K-Beauty, and semiconductors—as well as sessions on venture capital investment trends. Additionally, a CEO panel discussion will be held with the participation of Hwang Cheol-ju, Chairman of JUSUNG ENGINEERING Co.,Ltd.; Kim Seong-woon, CEO of SILICON 2 Co.,Ltd.; and Park Yong-geun, CEO of Tomocube, Inc.
Furthermore, the exchange plans to announce policy directions, including improving the KOSDAQ market’s structure, implementing a tailored technology-based listing exemption system, launching the “KOSDAQ MoneyMove” initiative, supporting KONEX growth, enhancing corporate value, and strengthening the reliability of disclosures.
The exchange stated, “We hope that this ‘KOSDAQ Connect 2026’ will serve as an opportunity to enhance the value of KOSDAQ companies and revitalize the market,” adding, “We will continue to strive to revitalize the KOSDAQ market by supporting the IR activities of listed companies and expanding the provision of corporate information.”
