[Edaily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] On the 26th, EMnI Co., Ltd.(083470)announced in response to a request for an inquiry disclosure regarding significant market fluctuations last February that it is currently discussing matters such as a share transfer agreement involving a change in the largest shareholder, but that nothing has been finalized.
The company stated that, following a review of whether the matter constituted a “material event” under disclosure regulations in response to the Korea Exchange’s request for an inquiry disclosure, there is no significant information to be disclosed separately regarding recent significant market fluctuations other than the matters currently under review.
EMnI Co., Ltd. explained that it is in discussions with a third party regarding a share transfer agreement involving a change in the largest shareholder, as well as a capital increase and the issuance of convertible bonds. However, the company added that no agreements have been finalized or signed at this time.
The company plans to issue another disclosure regarding these matters once specific details are finalized or within one month.
