[Edaily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] The KOSDAQ Market Division of the Korea Exchange announced on the 26th that DAWONSYS Co., LTD(068240)had submitted a corrective action plan in connection with its substantive review of listing eligibility.
DAWONSYS Co., LTD was designated for a substantive review of its listing eligibility on the 5th.
The Exchange plans to decide, following deliberation and a resolution by the Corporate Review Committee, whether to delist the company or grant a remediation period by July 27—within 20 business days from the date of submission of the remediation plan.
If the Corporate Review Committee recognizes DAWONSYS Co., LTD’s eligibility for listing, relevant matters—such as the lifting of the trading suspension on its shares—will be announced. If a decision is made to grant a remediation period, the decision on delisting will be made after the remediation period ends, following another review and resolution by the Corporate Review Committee.
If a decision to delist is made, DAWONSYS Co., LTD may file an appeal within 15 business days from the date of notification.
