[Edaily Reporter Yun Junghoon ] Fuel cell specialist Doosan Fuel Cell(336260)has secured a stable medium- to long-term revenue base by signing a long-term maintenance contract worth 280억 won with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power.
The company announced in a regulatory filing on the 30th that it had signed a “Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA)” for fuel cell systems with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.
The total contract value is 28.6 billion won, which represents 6.29% of the company’s most recent revenue (454.8 billion won based on the 2025 K-IFRS consolidated financial statements). This does not qualify as a large-scale corporate transaction.
Under this contract, the company will provide long-term maintenance services for the next 20 years for fuel cell power plants to which it supplies main equipment. The contract period runs from June 30, 2026, to May 31, 2046.
Key terms of the contract include no down payment or advance payment; service fees will be paid on a quarterly basis.
The company explained, “The contract amount and term mentioned above are subject to partial changes depending on future business developments.”
