[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] Members of the girl group NewJeans were spotted in the U.S., following their appearance in Denmark.

On the 2nd, eyewitness accounts and related videos claiming that NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein were spotted in the U.S. circulated online, sparking buzz. The video shows Haerin and Hyein chatting with a group of people holding a camera.
Previously, in April, sightings of Haerin, Hyein, and Hani in Copenhagen had also made headlines. At the time, rumors circulated that a booking under the name “ADOR” was listed on the schedule of a recording studio in Copenhagen, leading to speculation that NewJeans might have been recording a new song.
In response, ADOR told Edaily, “The visit to Copenhagen was part of the pre-production process to develop NewJeans’ new musical narrative,” adding, “The members are currently preparing for their activities based on their individual conditions and schedules optimized for each member.” The agency has not issued a separate statement regarding these recent sightings in the U.S.
Meanwhile, of the five NewJeans members who left ADOR without permission in November 2024, three—Haerin, Hyein, and Hani—returned to ADOR last year after resolving their exclusive contract dispute. Daniel’s return to ADOR ultimately fell through, and Minji is still in discussions regarding her return.
