BENO TNR Signs Share Transfer Agreement Resulting in a Change of Largest Shareholder

[Edaily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] BENO TNR(206400)announced on the 3rd that its largest shareholder, Lamicus, and one other individual have signed an agreement to transfer 4,782,496 shares to Acro New Technology Fund No. 241.
The number of shares being transferred represents 12.75% of the total issued shares. The price per share is 7,100 won, and the total transaction amount is 33.95572 billion won.
Once the final payment is completed, BENO TNR Fund No. 241 is expected to become BENO TNR’s largest shareholder. The expected number of shares to be held by the new largest shareholder is 4,782,496, representing a 12.75% stake.
The company stated that the scheduled date for the change in the largest shareholder and the projected number of shares held are based on the date the balance is paid in full and are subject to change depending on the progress of the payment schedule.
