[Edaily Reporter Shin Yeong-bin ] #NEWEN AI, a provider of industry-specific artificial intelligence (AI) analytics, is set to enter the North American market with its beauty-focused AI analytics platform.
NEWEN AI announced on the 3rd that it will unveil “ViewSense,” its beauty-specialized ontology AI analytics platform, at the B2B beauty trade show “Cosmoprof Las Vegas 2026,” taking place in Las Vegas from the 13th to the 15th, and plans to launch it in the North American market in the second half of the year. ViewSense is an AI analytics platform that integrates and analyzes social media and e-commerce data to identify trends in the beauty market, consumer reactions, and relationships between product attributes. It goes beyond simple keyword frequency analysis to structure correlations between trends and sales, ingredients and efficacy, and consumer skin concerns and products.
Based on an AI language model trained on over 800 billion tokens, NEWEN AI supports persona analysis based on ethnicity, age, skin type, and values. The company explains that it helps with new product development and marketing strategy formulation by analyzing how specific ingredients are perceived by local consumers in terms of their efficacy.
ViewSense also provides an algorithm that infers causal relationships between trends, consumer reactions, marketing performance, and purchase conversions based on unstructured data. Through this, it predicts product attributes that will attract attention in future markets by reflecting the beauty language and context of North American consumers.
The platform has also enhanced its short-form content analysis capabilities. Tailored to the North American market—where video-centric marketing on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels is thriving—it incorporates a multimodal AI engine that simultaneously analyzes video, audio, and subtitles. This enables the platform to track the origins and spread of trends and provide business insights to local brands, original design manufacturers (ODMs), and distributors.
ViewSense offers four major business solution features: Marketing, Trends, Products, and Categories. The Marketing feature provides a comprehensive analysis of seeding status, content engagement, reviews, and purchase conversion signals. The Trends feature tracks consumer reactions to ingredients, efficacy, formulations, products, colors, and memes.
The product analysis feature provides AI-based SWOT analysis and target audience analysis based on skin type, age, and gender. The category feature analyzes rising and declining keywords across the market, as well as trends by category attributes, to illustrate market shifts and shifts in consumer interest.
NEWEN AI plans to incorporate “K-Beauty Trends” as a specialized feature that sets it apart from competitors. Users can utilize this as a benchmarking metric for entering the North American market.
NEWEN AI has been providing analytics services to domestic and international beauty companies, including L’Oréal, APR, AMOREPACIFIC CORPORATION, CJ Corp., and COSMAX, INC. The company recently announced that its in-house developed model, “QuettaLLMs-27B-Koreasoner-V3,” ranked first on the K-AI leaderboard.
Bae Seong-hwan, CEO of NEWEN AI, said, “ViewSense is an all-in-one beauty AI solution tailored for North America that provides data-driven support throughout the entire process—from beauty strategy formulation to execution and performance measurement.” He added, “Starting with the U.S., we plan to expand into the Japanese and European markets in the future.”
