[Edaily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] Y-Biologics, Inc(338840)announced on the 3rd that its CEO structure has changed from the previous co-CEO system of Park Young-woo and Jang Woo-ik to a co-CEO system of Park Young-woo and Park Beom-chan.
The change was due to the resignation of CEO Jang Woo-ik for personal reasons and the new appointment of CEO Park Beom-chan.
Former CEO Jang Woo-ik has resigned from both his positions as CEO and as an inside director.
