[E-Daily Reporter Hyera Lee ] E-WORLD (Bitnine Co, Ltd.(357880)) announced on the 6th that it will participate as a key partner in the National Tax Service’s “Integrated Virtual Asset Analysis System” project and has begun developing an AI-based system for detecting suspicious transactions.

The goal of this project is to build an integrated analysis system capable of proactively detecting and analyzing suspicious transactions—including abnormal transactions, money laundering, and suspected underreporting or tax evasion in inheritance and gifting processes—by linking virtual asset transaction data with taxpayer information.
In this project, SKAI E-WORLD will be responsible for developing core systems, including the construction of a graph DB-based fund flow analysis system, the design of a data model for detecting suspicious transactions, the tracking of multi-step transactions and pattern analysis, and the analysis of data linked between blockchain and relational databases.
Existing anomaly detection systems based on relational databases (RDBs) had limitations in analyzing transactions in real time, particularly those involving funds dispersed across multiple stages or those that utilize both blockchain and relational data. The company plans to enhance the performance of complex fund flow analysis by applying “AgensGraph,” a hybrid DBMS that processes both graph and relational data.
By integrating AI technology based on graph neural networks (GNNs), the system will visualize relationships between wallets and detect anomalous patterns within vast transaction networks. The company explains that this will enable faster tracking of complex fund transfer routes and proactive detection of suspicious transactions.
E-WORLD has built up relevant technical expertise in the financial and public sectors by implementing projects such as Kookmin Bank’s AI voice phishing monitoring system, its integrated real-time audit monitoring system, and the National Health Insurance Service’s integrated collection information system.
Shin Jae-hyuk, CEO of Sky E-WORLD, said, “This will serve as a prime example of applying graph database-based abnormal transaction analysis technology to the public sector,” adding, “We plan to expand the scope of application to include anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud detection systems (FDS) in the financial sector, as well as digital asset monitoring.”
