[Edaily Reporter SIN SOO-JUNG ] #HITEJINRO Beverage’s non-alcoholic beer-flavored drink, Terra Zero, has recorded cumulative sales of 4 million cans just 100 days after its launch. HITEJINRO Beverages announced on the 6th that 4 million cans of Terra Zero were sold—based on shipment volume—over the 100-day period from its launch date through the 30th of last month. Average daily sales stood at 40,000 cans, meaning one can was sold approximately every 2.2 seconds.
Terra Zero is a non-alcoholic beer-flavored beverage made with malt extract from Australia. It has an alcohol content of 0.00% and is characterized by being free of calories, sugars, and sweeteners. HITEJINRO Beverage explained that the increase in sales was driven by demand from consumers seeking to enjoy the distinctive taste and carbonation of beer without the burden of alcohol.
HITEJINRO Beverage is expanding its consumer reach through tasting booths at college festivals, sponsorship of sporting events, and social media (SNS) campaigns. Recently, the company launched two additional bottle sizes—330 ml and 500 ml—in addition to the canned version. This move is intended to expand sales channels beyond the canned products, which are primarily consumed at home and during outdoor activities, to include restaurants and bars.
A HITEJINRO Beverage spokesperson said, “Terra Zero has been well-received since its launch, driven by consumer demand to enjoy the unique refreshment of beer while reducing the burden of alcohol,” adding, “We will continue to provide opportunities for consumers to experience Terra Zero in various settings, such as at sports events and during summer outdoor activities.”
