[Edaily Reporter Hyera Lee ] LEMON COMPANY LIMITED, a newcomer to the KOSDAQ market, opened at 16,560 won on the 6th, up 65.60% from its initial public offering (IPO) price.
According to MP Doctor on the same day, #LEMON COMPANY LIMITED was trading at 19,450 won as of 9:04 a.m., up 94.50% from its initial public offering price (10,000 won). The stock has been extending its gains since just after the market opened.
LEMON COMPANY LIMITED is a “technology company specializing in real-time, two-way medical data relay platforms” that connects participants in the medical data ecosystem, including hospitals, patients, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical firms. Since its establishment in 2017, the company has been building smart hospital services and subscription-based services, primarily centered on leading tertiary hospitals in South Korea.
Its core technology is “LDB” (Lemon Digital Bridge). A key feature is its ability to standardize medical data, which varies from hospital to hospital. It can convert various types of medical information into a proprietary standard format. Lemon Healthcare plans to use the funds raised through this public offering to build infrastructure for the distribution and trading of medical data for artificial intelligence (AI) training.
