[E-Daily Reporter Hyera Lee ] SENKO Co.,Ltd.(347000)announced on the 9th that its subsidiary, “UNE,” a company specializing in AI-based digital twins, has been selected as the lead organization for the “Support Program for the Rapid Commercialization of AI-Based Products,” a project jointly promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Korea Agency for Infrastructure Technology Advancement (KAIA). SENKO Co.,Ltd. CI. (Photo = SENKO Co.,Ltd.) UNE will develop an “Intelligent Facility Autonomous Safety Management Platform” utilizing AI agents and digital twin technology, and will conduct a one-year pilot program followed by commercialization. This platform is a solution that monitors the safety status of large-scale buildings and industrial facilities in real time and provides AI-based risk prediction and response capabilities. The commercialized product is “CogniBuilder v1.0,” an “Agentic AI-based Digital Twin Intelligent Facility Autonomous Operation and Safety Management Platform.” It is scheduled to be developed as a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that enables safety management—from medium- to large-scale multi-use facilities to small-scale facilities—simply by accessing it via a web browser. Following this selection, SENKO Co.,Ltd. will expand its safety management business by integrating its high-performance air quality sensor technology with UNE’s AI and digital twin platform. The company plans to expand its monitoring and predictive safety management capabilities for high-risk facilities in response to the growing demand from public institutions and local governments for advanced facility safety management. A UNI official stated, “Being selected for this government project is an acknowledgment of SENKO Co.,Ltd.’s AI capabilities and the competitiveness of its smart safety platform,” adding, “By combining sensor hardware with our AI platform, we will foster next-generation safety management as a new growth engine and enhance our responsiveness to the public safety management market.”
