[E-Daily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] Alchera Inc.(347860)announced on the 15th that it has signed a data collection contract with a global IT company for a data factory.
The contract amount is 2.66 billion won, excluding value-added tax. This represents 17.98% of Alchera Inc.’s consolidated revenue of 14.79553 billion won for last year.
This contract was initially signed on January 21. At that time, the contract amount was 1.241 billion won, which fell below the disclosure threshold; however, with this amendment increasing the contract amount by 1.419 billion won, it now meets the disclosure requirements.
The contract period runs from January 21 to December 30 of this year.
The specific name of the contracting party and the items to be supplied were not disclosed in accordance with a request to protect trade secrets. The deadline for withholding disclosure of related information is December 30.
Alchera Inc. explained, “The contract end date is currently the scheduled delivery date,” adding, “It may be subject to change depending on future business progress.”
