In a notice posted on the fan communication platform Weverse that day, the agency explained, “Geon-ho recently fell and landed awkwardly on both hands,” adding, “After visiting a hospital for treatment and undergoing an examination, fractures around the little fingers of both hands were confirmed, and he promptly received the necessary treatment and care.” They added, “Gun-ho is currently recovering steadily. However, medical professionals have advised that he must wear a cast and brace for the time being to protect the injured areas and ensure a speedy recovery, and that he should minimize excessive movement of both arms.” Cortice will hold its first tour concert, “PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN,” over two days on the 18th and 19th at the Inspire Arena in Incheon. The agency stated, “Although Gunho is very determined to participate in the scheduled tour dates and other commitments, we plan to manage future schedules flexibly, prioritizing the medical team’s recommendations and Gunho’s recovery,” adding, “Gunho plans to perform on stage without choreography, in a way that minimizes arm movement.” They continued, “We will continue to consult closely with medical professionals regarding upcoming festivals and schedules to ensure that the injured area is not strained,” and added, “We ask for our fans’ understanding that the format of his participation in performances may be adjusted.”
