According to his agency, Fantagio, on the 28th, MJ will release a new solo album on the 19th of next month. MJ has been active as a member of ASTRO since 2016 and made his debut as a solo artist in 2021 with the digital single “Happy Virus,” which included the trot tracks “Stay” and “Valet Parking.” Last year, he also released an album as part of the unit Junijini, formed with his bandmate Jinjin. This marks his first new solo release in eight months, following the ballad track “12:25” released last December. This single also marks MJ’s first solo release in physical album format. Ahead of this comeback, MJ will hold “The Hangout,” her first solo fan meeting since her debut, on the 1st of next month in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Her agency plans to sequentially release typography posters, character posters, a concept trailer, the tracklist, and a music video teaser through official social media channels leading up to the release of MJ’s new album.
