[Edaily Reporter SONG YOUNG-DOO ] SEERS TECHNOLOGY(458870), a wearable AI diagnostic monitoring company, announced on the 28th that it is proceeding as planned with the production and supply of the initial batch of mobiCARE™ under a supply contract with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and will accelerate its expansion into the Middle East market by participating in the “IFM 2026 (International Family Medicine Conference & Exhibition)” to be held in Dubai this August.
SEERS’ Middle East business gained momentum last February with the signing of a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with PureHealth, the UAE’s largest healthcare group. Although concerns about potential delays arose due to geopolitical uncertainties in the region, the company has continued to advance its business as scheduled through ongoing collaboration with local medical institutions and partners.
As a result, the company entered the commercialization phase in May by signing a supply contract worth approximately 22 billion won with One Health, a digital healthcare company affiliated with PureHealth. Currently, the company is preparing to produce and supply the initial batch for the UAE market and is sequentially advancing follow-up projects—such as outpatient care and health screening services—in collaboration with local partners.
The company also plans to expand its reach into the Middle Eastern hospital market—comprising approximately 800,000 hospital beds—with a focus on the UAE and other GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries, in line with growing demand for smart hospital infrastructure, through its AI inpatient monitoring platform, “thynC™.”
To expand its business in the Middle East, SEERS will participate as a Gold Sponsor in IFM 2026, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from August 25 to 27. IFM is the Middle East’s largest academic event for primary care and digital healthcare, featuring participation from the UAE Ministry of Health and the Dubai Health Authority, among others. It attracts a large number of attendees, including medical institutions from major GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman, as well as global healthcare companies and medical professionals.
At this event, the company plans to showcase Mobicare and Think, with a strategy to expand cooperation with medical institutions and partners in GCC countries based on the operational track record it has established in the UAE. The company intends to treat the UAE not as a single market but as a strategic hub for entering the Middle East, with plans to expand its business in phases.
A company official stated, “Our UAE operations are proceeding as planned, and we are currently moving forward without a hitch with the production and supply of the initial batch.” The official added, “We will use our participation in IFM 2026 as an opportunity to expand our network in the Middle East market and ensure the stable growth of our core businesses—Think in the domestic market and Mobicare overseas.”
