KTCorporation Listens to Foreign Customers… Hosts 'On-Site Customer Listening Forum'

[Edaily Reporter Yun Junghoon ]KTCorporation(030200)(CEO Park Yoon-young) announced that it held the “4th Customer Listening Forum” on the afternoon of the 29th at the Seoul Foreign Residents Center in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Attendees included Kwon Hee-geun, Executive Vice President of KTCorporation’s Sales Division; Park Hyun-jin, Senior Vice President of the Customer Division (Head of the Customer Protection 365 Task Force); and Choi Se-jun, Managing Director of KTCorporation’s Customer Strategy Division.

The event was attended by 14 foreign residents and naturalized citizens from 10 countries, including Vietnam, Indonesia, Russia, the Philippines, Mongolia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia.



The participants shared firsthand accounts of the inconveniences they experienced and areas for improvement while using domestic telecommunications services, such as signing up for and using rate plans, consulting with customer service centers, and visiting retail stores.

KTCorporation plans to actively incorporate the feedback presented at this forum—following review by relevant departments—into its initiatives for customer protection and service improvement.
