[Edaily Reporter Nam Soyeon ] Won-i of the group Lisenne has revealed her feelings for the first time regarding the so-called “Museopno” controversy, which had spread to political circles.

In a preview clip of

’s Era of Success” released on the YouTube channel “Caveksu Original” on the 29th, Lisenne members Won-i and Minami appeared as guests and engaged in conversation with host Kim Seon-tae, formerly known as “Chungju Man.”
Kim Seon-tae asked Won-i about her previously controversial “Museopno” remark, to which she replied, “It was so scary to suddenly see myself on the news overnight,” adding, “Since then, I’ve felt I need to be very careful with every word I say.”
Won-i said, “Even though I didn’t mean it that way when I said it, some people might have taken it that way, and I was really flustered. I was just using a phrase I normally use…” She added, “‘No’ is actually often used as an interjection.”
In response, Kim Seon-tae consoled Won-i, saying, “I acknowledge that perspectives differ, but that was borderline ‘overreaction.’”
He then asked, “As a final request, please go into the political arena and say something refreshing like, ‘Why is my name even coming up in politics?’”
Won-i seemed momentarily flustered but responded cheerfully, “I don’t even know what that is.” She continued, “I just used it. Please take it in a good light.”
However, once the video was released, a heated debate erupted among netizens.
Criticism erupted, with many arguing that the video was trying too hard to stir up controversy just to boost view counts.
The issues in question were the phrase “What’s so scary?” prominently displayed on the video thumbnail and a series of hashtags tagging people unrelated to the video’s content—apparently intended to drive search traffic. The hashtags listed the names of President Lee Jae-myung, former national soccer team coach Hong Myung-bo, Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong, former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, NewJeans, and independent lawmaker Han Dong-hoon, among others.
The production team attempted to address the issue by revising the video title, thumbnail, and hashtags, but the controversy did not subside.
As of the morning of the 30th, the video has been set to private and is no longer viewable.
