T-Robotics co., Ltd., a company specializing in industrial humanoids and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), carried out this share buyback based on confidence in its mid- to long-term growth potential. The total number of shares acquired amounts to 333,000.
The acquired shares will be mandatorily deposited with the Korea Securities Finance Corporation for a period of one to three years, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. T-Robotics co., Ltd. plans to expand employee participation in enhancing corporate value and lay the groundwork for the company and its members to share the fruits of growth together.
T-Robotics co., Ltd. also plans to gradually implement shareholder return policies, including dividends, based on future improvements in performance and the stabilization of its financial structure. In addition, the company explained that it is keeping open the possibility of additional share purchases by major shareholders and related parties to strengthen responsible management.
T-Robotics co., Ltd. is also accelerating efforts to secure future growth engines, focusing on humanoids, semiconductors, and the North American market. Following its participation in the “KAIROS” demonstration project—a physical AI-based integrated dark factory operation platform led by KAIST—the company is expanding its business scope into the industrial automation market utilizing humanoids by participating in a demonstration project for the automation of radioactive waste disposal facilities.

Furthermore, based on collaborations with major clients, including global semiconductor equipment companies, the company is expanding its supply of robots for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing processes.
A T-Robotics co., Ltd. official stated, “This share acquisition by the employee stock ownership plan is one of the largest in the domestic robotics industry,” adding, “It is highly significant in that it demonstrates that our employees and executives hold the company’s future growth potential in high regard.”
The official added, “We will continue to expand our future growth engines—such as humanoid robots, glass substrate transport robots, and our North American AMR business—while simultaneously enhancing corporate value by gradually implementing shareholder return policies through improved performance and financial stability.”
