Under this agreement, the two companies have agreed to collaborate on the joint development of new drone peripherals, such as drone stations, as well as provide support for the design of mechanical components and structures applied to drones and peripherals, develop and produce injection-molded parts, and share technology and sales networks.
SAMJIN LND COMPANY LIMITED possesses mass production capabilities based on precision molds and injection molding technology, while Ninano Co., Ltd. specializes in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) planning and design technology. The two companies plan to combine their respective strengths to establish a collaborative framework spanning product planning, prototype production, production process development, and mass production.
In particular, they intend to jointly pursue structural design and the development of core components tailored to drone operating environments, while leveraging SAMJIN LND COMPANY LIMITED’s manufacturing infrastructure to enhance product quality and production efficiency. The companies explained that this will shorten development time and establish a production base capable of responding to future expansion of the drone market.
First, they plan to identify new products suitable for joint development, focusing on drone stations, and then review the technical requirements and business viability. Specific development items, production and supply conditions, and the division of roles will be finalized through a separate agreement in the future.
SAMJIN LND COMPANY LIMITED, a precision mold specialist founded in 1987, manufactures components used in displays, rechargeable batteries, and office automation (OA) equipment.
