Revenue for the same period rose 7.8% year-over-year to 595 billion won. Net income increased by 30.7% to 30.6 billion won.
Revenue for the first half of this year totaled 1.2165 trillion won, an 8.4% increase compared to the same period last year. Operating profit for the same period rose 33.9% to 84.5 billion won, while net income increased 34% to 66.8 billion won.
A HYUNDAI GREEN FOOD official stated, “Both revenue and operating profit increased due to an expansion in new contracts for the institutional food service business and a rise in meal volumes, coupled with continued strong performance in the care food and foodservice businesses.” The official added, “Operating profit showed significant growth through improvements in manufacturing costs and logistics efficiency.”
