The company aims to strengthen its shareholder return policy by combining the repurchase and cancellation of treasury stock with cash dividends.

The estimated cost of the cancellation is 13,252,350,000 won. The scheduled date for the cancellation is November 27.
The shares to be canceled include both treasury shares already acquired this year and any additional shares to be purchased in the future. Previously, HYUNDAI GREEN FOOD purchased 172,235 treasury shares for approximately 2.75081 billion won between February 10 and April 30. Subsequently, from May 7 to July 31, the company acquired 297,041 shares for approximately 5.25155 billion won.
The company plans to purchase an additional 294,447 common shares on the open market from the 5th through November 4. Based on the closing price of 17,830 won on the day before the board resolution, the estimated acquisition cost is approximately 5.25 billion won. The actual number of shares acquired and the total amount may vary depending on future stock prices and other factors.
HYUNDAI GREEN FOOD will also pay an interim dividend. The dividend per common share is 314 won, an increase of 8 won from the previous year. The total dividend payout amounts to 9,990,340,000 won. The scheduled payment date is October 30.
HYUNDAI GREEN FOOD aims to pay annual cash dividends totaling over 20 billion won by distributing year-end and interim dividends of 10 billion won each.
