[Edaily Starin Choi Hee-jae Reporter] Actor Hwang Jung-min has labeled Person A—who raised allegations regarding his private life—a suspected stalker and announced his intention to take legal action, while Person A has come forward with additional revelations.

On the 5th, Ms. A posted a lengthy statement on her social media, claiming, “Hwang Jung-min had to hide his relationship with me from his spouse,” and added, “That is why multiple social media profiles became his primary means of communication.”
Along with this, Person A posted an image reconstructing their communication with Hwang Jung-min in the style of a “card news” graphic. They also released a transcript of a conversation with a man believed to be Hwang Jung-min.
Ms. A wrote, “If you have something to say, you must write it on the background of the multi-profile,” and “A direct URL link to a blog post viewable only by the two of us (you must enter a password to view the post when you click it).”
She further claimed, “(Hwang Jung-min) asked me not to reply because he was at home,” and “When there was no response, I immediately called him from the waiting room.”
Refuting allegations that she had been stalking Hwang Jung-min, Ms. A asked, “If she had been forced to endure two years of harassment by a dangerous stalker and had kept it hidden, why would Hwang Jung-min have continuously shared an excessive amount of information about his family with Ms. A, repeatedly relayed his wife’s suspicions, and yet still shown her trust?”
He added, “Requests for erotic fiction, remarks implying a relationship, mentions of the possibility of dating, and sexual remarks are difficult to understand as the response of a top actor who was anxious about A’s false allegations and didn’t want to worry his family.”
Ms. A said, “If claiming that a mutual relationship was a one-sided victimization from start to finish is malicious, then so be it,” adding, “If I am an innocent victim with no responsibility whatsoever, I find it highly questionable why such a large volume of detailed false information was necessary, beyond simply stating the fact of victimization.” She also added, “All original screenshots are being stored with their authenticity well preserved.”

On the 29th of last month, Ms. A raised allegations of an extramarital affair with Hwang Jung-min via social media, and the allegations spread as they were shared across online communities and social media platforms. Ms. A had previously released messages and audio recordings exchanged with a man believed to be Hwang Jung-min, claiming that he had made romantic advances toward her.
In response, Hwang Jung-min’s representatives issued an official statement, stating, “Ms. A is a suspect in a stalking case who has continuously harassed Hwang Jung-min,” and added, “The court has imposed provisional measures, including a restraining order, on the suspect on three separate occasions and issued a summary order imposing a fine of 3 million won after acknowledging the stalking charges.”
Mr. A denied the stalking allegations and signaled his intention to contest the case in court. Regarding Hwang Jung-min’s criminal complaint against him, he stated, “I have appealed this decision, asserted my innocence, and requested a formal trial,” adding, “There is no final guilty verdict.” He also noted that he is currently pursuing a civil lawsuit against Hwang Jung-min seeking damages for tortious conduct.
