[Edaily Reporter An Yu-ri ] Kakao(035720) Management and labor announced on the 7th at 2:00 p.m. that the 2026 wage agreement had been finalized following a vote by union members.

This agreement includes a 6.3% increase in total annual compensation (excluding funds allocated for the “Stage-Up” program) and the payment of a special incentive bonus of 3 million won.

The Kakao Branch of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions’ Textile, Chemical, and Food Workers’ Union stated, “The vote by union members on the tentative agreement has been completed,” adding, “The process will be finalized after going through procedures such as the signing ceremony.”

Kakao stated, “We plan to faithfully implement the agreement reached through these negotiations and work together to foster sustainable growth and create a work environment where our employees can focus more on their work.”
