[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] The KOSDAQ Market Division of the Korea Exchange announced on the 18th that it had received an appeal regarding the delisting of DAWONSYS Co., LTD(068240).
Previously, on the 27th of last month, the Exchange’s Corporate Review Committee deliberated on and voted to delist DAWONSYS Co., LTD’s shares.
The exchange plans to convene the KOSDAQ Market Committee by September 15 (based on business days), within 20 days of receiving the appeal, to deliberate and decide on the delisting.
