The Korea Exchange selects the KOSDAQ Rising Star annually by comprehensively evaluating factors such as technological capability, financial stability, global competitiveness, and growth potential, with the aim of driving the mid- to long-term growth of promising KOSDAQ-listed companies and revitalizing the market.

This year’s KOSDAQ Rising Star evaluation criteria were significantly stricter. Of the 22 companies selected last year, only 10—including NEXTBIOMEDICAL CO., LTD.—succeeded in being reselected. Including the eight newly selected companies, a total of 18 companies secured the “2026 KOSDAQ Rising Star” title.

It is believed that NEXTBIOMEDICAL CO., LTD.’s success in passing the rigorous screening process and being selected for the second consecutive year was largely due to the overwhelming technological lead and global commercialization achievements of “NexPowder,” a powder-based endoscopic hemostatic agent developed in-house.
