[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] The Community Chest of Korea announced on the 24th that singer Lim Young-woong donated 200 million won to help residents affected by the recent torrential rains in the southern region. (Photo courtesy of Mulgoi Music)Lim Young-woong made the donation in the name of his fan club, “Hero Era,” together with his agency, Mulgoi Music. The funds will be used through the “2026 Special Fundraising Campaign for Heavy Rain Damage,” currently being conducted by the Community Chest of Korea, to provide emergency relief and temporary housing for displaced residents, as well as to support recovery efforts and help people return to their daily lives. Lim Young-woong has been consistently donating to this foundation since 2021. Including this latest donation, his cumulative donations through the Community Chest of Korea total 2.7 billion won. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of his debut this year, Lim Young-woong will meet with fans at his solo concert “IM HERO – THE STADIUM 2,” to be held for three days from the 4th to the 6th of next month at the Main Stadium of the Goyang Sports Complex. On the 8th of the same month, he will release a special digital album titled “IM HERO 10.”
