[Edaily Reporter JAEMIN SONG ] SamsungElectronics has opened a specialty store in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, dedicated to home appliances for newlyweds. The store offers everything under one roof—from home appliance packages tailored to home size and lifestyle to interior design consultations, product purchases, and after-sales service (AS).

SamsungElectronics announced on the 25th that it had completely revamped the Samsung Store in Cheongdam, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, into a specialized hub for wedding appliances, opening its doors on the 24th.

This store goes beyond being a simple space for displaying and selling products; it is designed so that newlyweds can experience home appliances and interior design tailored to their living environment. Dedicated wedding appliance consultants propose customized appliance packages by comprehensively considering customers’ lifestyles and housing types.

On the third floor of the store, an “Interior Package Zone” has been set up in the form of a showroom that replicates an actual newlywed home. Customers can compare product configurations and layouts based on the size of their home and the appliances they need.

The packages are divided into the 5.5-pyeong “Start Package,” which organizes the space around essential appliances; the 11.5-pyeong “Standard Package,” which adds convenience appliances; and the 15-pyeong “Premium Package,” which balances performance and design. This allows customers to choose the most suitable configuration based on the size of their newlywed home, budget, and lifestyle.

At the dedicated consultation lounge, customers can receive interior design advice tailored to their living conditions. For customers who cannot freely alter the layout of their space—such as those in jeonse or monthly rental arrangements—the company offers the “Interior Fit” solution, which arranges furniture and appliances while minimizing damage to walls and existing structures. It also recommends Samsung AI appliances suited to the specific space.

The store also offers “one-stop customer care,” which allows customers to handle product consultations, purchases, and after-sales service all in one place. This service is designed to reduce the inconvenience of having to visit different locations for product purchases and repairs.

To commemorate the renovation of the Cheongdam store, SamsungElectronics is running a promotion for customers preparing for marriage or moving into a new home through the 30th of next month. The first 100 customers who book a consultation and write a review of their visit will receive wine glasses, and additional gifts will be provided based on the purchase amount.

Customers who purchase SamsungElectronics home appliances alongside products from partner furniture brands—such as Livart, Casamia, and HANSSEM CO.,LTD.—will receive additional benefits for one month.

Starting with the Cheongdam store, SamsungElectronics plans to gradually expand its specialized wedding stores—which offer integrated home appliance and interior design solutions for newlyweds—nationwide.
