This marks her first full-length release in four years and nine months, following her December 2021 single “Gikkalna.” Regarding the new song, Gong Min-ji explained, “It’s a soulful R&B track,” adding, “I was deeply involved in the entire creative process, including writing the lyrics, composing the music, and producing. It captures who I am as an artist right now, just as I am.” Gong Min-ji raised fans’ anticipation for her comeback by unveiling a new logo and profile image on her official website that day. The title of the new song will be revealed at a later date. Gong Min-ji said, “You’ll be able to experience a fresh and unique energy that reflects how I’ve evolved musically,” adding, “I’m really looking forward to the moment when fans can experience my live performances firsthand.”
