ALPHA DRIVE ONE took first place on KBS2’s “Music Bank,” which aired on the 4th, with “BORN DIRE,” the title track from their second mini-album “Unbreakable: Boy Beast.”
On that day, Alpha Drive One delivered a stage performance characterized by intense energy and precise choreography. They conveyed the concept of this album through a performance that highlighted the members’ chemistry and captured the song’s atmosphere.
After the No. 1 announcement, the members expressed their gratitude to their fanbase, ALLYZ, for helping them reach the top of the music charts for the third time during this promotional run, and pledged to continue growing in the future.
Alpha Drive One had previously taken first place on SBS Life’s “The Show” and MBC M/MBC Every1’s “Show Champion.” By adding the “Music Bank” trophy to their collection, they achieved a “triple crown” on music shows with their “Born Day” promotions.
They also achieved success on international charts. Their second mini-album reached No. 2 on Japan’s Oricon Weekly Combined Album Chart and claimed the No. 1 spot on the daily EP category of China’s QQ Music Digital Album Chart.
On domestic music charts, the title track “Born Day” reached the top of the Bugs real-time chart immediately upon release. All tracks from the album entered Melon’s “Top 100 Days After Release” chart.
The second mini-album, “Unbreakable: Boy Beast,” explores the coming-of-age journey of youth as they confront prejudice and stigma. Through this promotional run, Alpha Drive One has continued to add music show trophies to their collection while achieving success on charts in Korea, Japan, and China.
