SIMMTECH Co., Ltd. announced on the 8th that it held the “2026 SIMMTECH Supplier Day” at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Songdo, Incheon. The event was attended by 34 representatives, including CEOs and sales directors, from 17 major domestic and international partners in the raw materials and equipment sectors.

At the event, SIMMTECH Co., Ltd. shared its business direction with partners and discussed measures to jointly address supply chain issues, such as instability in the supply of raw materials. In particular, the company recently signed long-term supply contracts with some partners to stabilize the supply of materials.

Each partner company held individual meetings with SIMMTECH Co., Ltd.’s management and participated in working-level meetings organized by department—including purchasing, sales, marketing, and development. Through these sessions, they discussed the mid- to long-term material development roadmap, plans to expand production capacity (CAPA), and strategies to address raw material supply issues.

The event began with a welcome address by SIMMTECH Co., Ltd. CEO Jeon Young-seon, followed by presentations from each business division. Topics covered included the outlook for the semiconductor memory market and business growth prospects driven by the expansion of AI-related markets, as well as the status of global production hubs, trends in package substrate technology, manufacturing differentiation strategies, future growth investment plans, and the SOCAMM business roadmap.

SIMMTECH Co., Ltd. is a PCB specialist primarily producing substrates for memory modules and package substrates, and is expanding the proportion of high-value-added products for AI-oriented SOCAMM and system ICs.
