It appears that buying interest is surging following news that Chairman Cheon Byeong-tae has demonstrated his commitment to enhancing shareholder value and responsible management by purchasing an additional 100 million won worth of the company’s shares.

According to MP Doctor on the 9th, as of 9:48 a.m., ALT Co.,Ltd. shares are trading at 10,890 won, up 7.40% from the previous trading day.
Earlier today, the company issued a press release stating, “Chairman Cheon recently acquired an additional 9,843 shares of ALT Co.,Ltd. on the open market for approximately 100 million won.” This marks the second share buyback this year, following the purchase of 9,899 shares for approximately 100 million won last July.
ALT Co.,Ltd.’s management has been consistently purchasing the company’s shares since the beginning of this year. President Lee Eun-cheol acquired an additional 3,000 common shares worth approximately 39 million won through on-market purchases from June 17 to 19, and Chairman Cheon also made an additional purchase of approximately 100 million won this time, following his purchase of approximately 100 million won in July. As a result, the total value of company shares purchased by Chairman Cheon and President Lee this year amounts to approximately 230 million won.
