[Edaily Reporter Ham Ji-Hyun ] #DOOSAN Construction announced on the 9th that it has begun full-scale sales for “DOOSAN We’ve The Zenith Bucheon.” The complex is being developed as part of the Sosa-bon Redevelopment Project in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, through a consortium with Ssangyong Construction.

It is a large-scale mixed-use residential complex comprising a total of 2,008 units, including 1,728 apartment units and 280 officetel units. Of these, 1,419 units—comprising 1,158 apartments (exclusive areas of 59, 74, and 84 square meters) and 261 officetel units (39 and 45 square meters)—are available for general sale.
The buildings will reach up to 49 stories, and the floor plans feature a 4-bay slab-type structure depending on the unit type, along with specialized designs for walk-in closets and kitchens. Some units are expected to offer views of Seongju Mountain. A variety of community facilities will also be provided. These will include a fitness center, a group exercise room, an indoor golf practice range, a small library, and a “Moms’ Station.” Private storage units for each household have been provided in the basement to ensure ample storage space.
In terms of transportation, Sosa Station—served by Seoul Subway Line 1 and the Seohae Line—is within walking distance. Further improvements to the transportation network are also planned. The GTX-B line is scheduled to stop at Bucheon Sports Complex Station, which connects to the Seohae Line.
It is also worth noting that the residential environment around Sosa Station is rapidly changing. With ongoing urban renewal projects and the supply of new housing in the surrounding area, a new residential belt comprising approximately 7,000 households is expected to form within a radius of about 1 km.
A sales representative stated, “‘DOOSAN We’ve The Zenith Bucheon is a complex offering high convenience for actual residents, located in the Sosa Station area—which provides access to both Line 1 and the Seohae Line—and equipped with lifestyle, educational, and medical infrastructure.’ They added, ‘Combined with its large-scale development of 2,008 households, the iconic 49-story tower, and a variety of specialized designs and community facilities, the project continues to attract interest from buyers in the greater Seoul area—not only in Bucheon but also those commuting to the southwestern part of Seoul.’”
The model home for DOOSAN We’ve The Zenith Bucheon is located in the Sang-dong area of Wonmi-gu, Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, near Samsan Gymnasium Station on Subway Line 7.
