[Edaily Reporter KIM YOON-JEONG ] Action Square Co., Ltd.(205500)announced on the 10th that it has decided to conduct a third-party private placement worth 3.79729 billion won to raise operating funds.
The number of new shares to be issued is 2,151,443 common shares, with an issue price of 1,765 won per share.
The recipients of the third-party allocation are KT, LG Uplus, and HCIC LLC.
