[Edaily Reporter Kwon Oh Seok ] H.PIO Co.,Ltd(357230), the operator of the global health and lifestyle brand “Denps,” is expanding into the junior lifestyle business through its subsidiary “Arn.” Arn aims to become the “Musinsa of the junior lifestyle sector” and plans to evolve into a global platform that connects brands, customers, and content.

According to H.PIO Co.,Ltd on the 21st, Arn is accelerating efforts to build an ecosystem that encompasses fashion, beauty, home goods, and content essential to the daily lives of children and families, moving beyond the growth of individual brands. The core foundation of this ecosystem is its integrated platform membership of over 1 million users, comprising its 170,000 online store members plus its fanbase. Building on this foundation, the company plans to serve as a platform that brings in promising junior brands, incubates them, and fosters mutual growth.
Currently, Arun is continuing its growth trajectory centered on two strong brand pillars. First, “Micro Kickboard,” which holds the No. 1 market share in the domestic premium kids’ mobility market, serves as the cornerstone that demonstrates Arun’s brand power. Beyond its flagship kickboard product, the brand is expanding its lineup to include bicycles and luggage, thereby enhancing its competitiveness as a mobility brand that meets the diverse transportation needs of families.
The children’s fashion brand “Apricot Studio” is pursuing a “mass-premium” strategy, offering premium designs at reasonable prices under the concept of “warm and delicate children’s clothing made by dads.” Building on its high online customer loyalty, the brand is actively expanding its offline presence to nine major department stores—including HYUNDAIDEPARTMENTSTORECO.,LTD Seoul and Shinsegae Co.,Ltd Gangnam—as well as its Seongsu flagship store.
Arn is also accelerating its push into overseas markets. The company plans to actively leverage the global network of Denps, established by its parent company, H.PIO Co.,Ltd. In China, it plans to collaborate with Denps’ Shanghai subsidiary to establish local marketing and online and offline distribution channels within the year, and subsequently expand its business into the Southeast Asian market step by step using its Singapore hub.
Lim Seong-bin, CEO of Arun, emphasized, “We will grow Arun into a ‘Kids Musinsa’ platform where promising brands, customers, and content come together to grow,” adding, “In overseas markets, we will actively leverage Denps’ global distribution network and local bases to expand our business reach.”
