Starring Lee Jung-eun, Gong Hyo-jin, Park So-dam, Lee Yeon, and Byun Yo-han, the film showcases distinctive character performances and strong ensemble acting. The film “Gyeongju Trip” is the first commercial feature by director Kim Mi-jo, whose directing skills were recognized for “The Seagull.” It has received critical acclaim for the actors’ ensemble performances, its solid storyline, and its high production quality. Despite competition from high-profile new releases and Hollywood blockbusters, it topped the Korean box office and currently maintains a high rating of 93% on the CGV Golden Egg Index. Starting today, “Gyeongju Journey” is available on various online and mobile platforms, including IPTV (KT Genie TV, SK Btv, LG U+TV), KT Skylife, Studio Choice, as well as TVING, Wavve, Coupang Play, Google, Apple TV, Watcha, and Cinefox. To coincide with the VOD release, IPTV services and Coupang Play will run promotions for VOD purchasers; details can be found on each platform’s website.
