In the fourth episode of MBN’s “This Is Hyun-moo Road,” airing on the 11th, Jeon Hyun-moo, Kim Nam-gil, and Lee Joon are shown heading to Tokushima, Japan.
Lee Jun shows off his “one-outfit gentleman” side by arriving in Japan still wearing the clothes he bought at a market in Da Nang, Vietnam. Jeon Hyun-moo reacts with surprise, asking, “You didn’t just come straight from Da Nang, did you?” Meanwhile, he announces the start of an “all-in-one” trip—encompassing nature, art, food, and activities—stating, “The theme for this Tokushima trip is ‘all-in-one.’” He then introduces Kim Nam-gil, saying, “The guest joining us on this trip is also an ‘all-in-one’ talent—covering acting, variety shows, and singing.”
In the car, Jeon Hyun-moo asks, “I heard Kim Nam-gil sang as many as 21 songs at his fan meeting?” Lee Jun is taken aback, remarking, “He didn’t even sing that many at an MBLAQ concert.” Feeling a bit embarrassed, Kim Nam-gil tries to brush it off by saying, “Jun, you should come to my fan meeting soon and sing too,” but Lee Jun follows up with another question: “How long did it last?” Kim Nam-gil confesses, “5 hours and 40 minutes,” and Jeon Hyun-moo adds, “If you search ‘Kim Nam-gil, fan kidnapping incident’ on a search engine, it’ll come up,” drawing laughter.
“This Is Hyun-moo Road” is a travel show where the destinations and meals are decided on a day-to-day basis, following wherever their hearts lead. Rather than a perfectly planned trip, it’s a romantic, free-spirited road trip where Jeon Hyun-moo and Lee Jun make their own choices as they go. Following Vietnam, the show is set to feature an episode set in Japan.
