TaeSLA is a training program established by Taewoong Logistics Co., Ltd. to cultivate the next generation of global leaders. Six outstanding talents participated in this fourth cohort, and the training program ran for approximately 10 months, beginning with an integrated workshop last January.

The fourth cohort’s program focused on organically integrating theory, practical skills, and on-site experience. Through a specialized logistics curriculum led by industry experts, participants learned about the latest trends in the logistics industry, including e-commerce, fulfillment, and AI-driven digital transformation.

In the in-house specialized courses, participants strengthened their core business competencies, including accounting and finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as logistics for chemicals, ISO tanks, and e-commerce.

Participants applied what they learned in the classroom by visiting fulfillment centers to observe operations firsthand. They also strengthened their global communication skills through one-on-one, customized language lessons in English and Spanish.

In the final stage of the program, a “Project Festival” was held where participants proposed their own business ideas, providing an opportunity to apply what they had learned to real-world work scenarios. A visit to overseas branches is also scheduled for next year.

A graduate of the 4th TaeSLA cohort stated, “I was able to develop practical skills through specialized logistics training and the Project Festival,” adding, “I will transform into a global leader who can demonstrate my capabilities in the field.”

Cho Yong-jun, CEO of Taewoong Logistics Co., Ltd., stated, “We plan to steadily expand and refine our talent development system, including TaeSLA, to build a stable pool of leaders who support our global responsiveness and program execution capabilities,” adding, “We will continue to provide a robust training environment to become an industry-leading company.”

Meanwhile, Taewoong Logistics Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive logistics service provider offering a wide range of services, including multimodal transportation and project logistics. Through TaeSLA, which was launched in 2021, the company has produced a total of 23 graduates through this fourth cohort.
