[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] Rapper Yang Hong-won (27) has been embroiled in allegations of an extramarital affair immediately after his wedding.

On the 23rd, an acquaintance of Yang Hong-won, identified as Person A, posted several updates on their

, raising allegations that Yang Hong-won—who is married—visited a motel in Suwon with a woman identified as Person B, whom he met at a drinking party.
A also posted additional evidence, including a recording of a phone call with Yang Hong-won, Ms. B’s social media account, and social media messages informing Yang Hong-won’s wife—former model Won Hyun-ju (29)—of the infidelity allegations.
In response, Yang Hong-won’s agency, AP Alchemy, posted a statement on its official social media account refuting the claims, stating, “The whistleblower’s allegations are untrue.”
The agency claimed, “The materials presented by the whistleblower are the result of malicious editing,” adding, “The whistleblower blackmailed Yang Hong-won and Ms. B to extort money, and when things did not go as planned, made the allegations based on false information.”
They further stated, “Yang Hong-won and Mr. B have each filed criminal complaints against the whistleblower for extortion, violation of the Anti-Stalking Act, and defamation through the dissemination of false information.”
The agency acknowledged that Yang Hong-won drank alcohol with Person B at Person A’s home and subsequently went to a lodging facility with Person B.
However, the agency emphasized, “Yang Hong-won ended up at a motel designated by the whistleblower while heavily intoxicated, and Mr. B, who had nowhere else to go, was forced to accompany him,” adding, “There were absolutely no intimate acts inside the room.” Furthermore, the agency stated, “Yang Hong-won fell asleep as soon as he entered the room, and Mr. B later returned home with the whistleblower.”
Yang Hong-won registered his marriage with Won Hyun-ju in 2023 and welcomed a daughter the following year. Since last May, the couple has been sharing their daily parenting life through the YouTube channel “Yang Hong-won’s Parenting Diary.” They held a belated wedding ceremony on the 18th. After these allegations of an affair surfaced, Yang Hong-won and Won Hyun-ju unfollowed each other on social media. However, neither of them has deleted the couple photos they took together.
