On the 24th, Kim Ga-eun announced her pregnancy by posting an ultrasound photo on her social media account.
In the accompanying post, she wrote, “Our first wedding anniversary is coming up soon, and our family has grown by one. A little angel has come to us,” adding, “I can’t even imagine how much happier and more fun life will be from now on. Let’s do our best.”
On the same day, Kim Ga-eun posted a video titled “Our First Wedding Anniversary, and…” on her YouTube channel. The video shows Kim Ga-eun surprising her husband, Yoon Seon-woo, with the news of her pregnancy. Yoon Seon-woo was overjoyed after seeing the pregnancy test stuck to the wall and the message, “Congratulations on becoming a dad.”
Kim Ga-eun and Yoon Seon-woo were married on October 26 of last year. The couple began dating after meeting on the set of the KBS 2TV drama *A Single-Minded Dandelion*, which aired in 2015, and tied the knot after dating for about 10 years.
Kim Ga-eun is a graduate of SBS’s 11th open casting call for actors. Since her debut in 2009, she has appeared in dramas such as “This Is My First Life,” “The Wind Blows,” “How Could I Not Go Crazy,” and “Kingderland.”
Yoon Seon-woo made his debut in 2003 with the EBS drama *Environmental Warrior Zenta Force* and has since appeared in dramas such as *Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo*, *Summer, Please*, *Day and Night*, *The Third Marriage*, and *The First Man*.
