NEXUS announced on the 29th that it will submit a proposal to amend its articles of incorporation—which includes changing the company name to ONE Corp.—to an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for November 16.

Through this name change, NEXUS plans to incorporate the “ONE” brand—which has been used across all its services, including ONEstore—into its corporate name, thereby strengthening the connection between its business and brand.

The key objective is not merely to unify the names of individual services but to connect the entire user experience across its gaming services. ONEstore offers an AI gaming menu and the built-in wallet “ONE Pocket,” and has launched its services in 122 countries. The content service “ONEstory” and the payment service “ONEpay” are expanding into the AI and blockchain entertainment and stablecoin payment sectors, respectively. These services operate on the “ONEchain” blockchain network.

The ONE ecosystem connects everything from game distribution to content, payments, and blockchain infrastructure under a single brand. ONE Store has launched globally in 122 countries, featuring an “AI Games” tab and the embedded wallet “ONEpocket.”

The proposed amendment to the articles of incorporation also includes adding “related service businesses, including the verification of blockchain networks, validator participation, operation, management, and delegation” to the company’s business objectives.

Jang Hyun-guk, CEO of NEXUS, stated, “We will integrate our AI blockchain game platform under the ‘ONE’ brand,” adding, “We will expand and grow ONE Store—which began as a domestic app store—into a global platform.”
