[Edaily Reporter Lee So-Hyun ] TechTaka, the operator of the AI-based integrated logistics platform “ARGO,” will take charge of operating Naver’s (NAVER(035420)) “N Delivery” integrated returns center and dedicated fashion center. The company will handle everything from returns inspection to inventory updates and resale in a single location, and will also support early-morning delivery for fashion items.

TechTaka announced on the 30th that it has signed a contract with Naver to operate the N Delivery integrated returns center and the fashion-specialized center.

ARGO will be exclusively responsible for operating the integrated returns center, which handles all return shipments for N Delivery FBN (Fulfillment by NAVER), NAVER’s direct-contract fulfillment service, in a single location.

This system involves inspecting collected return items, grading them based on condition, and then managing the entire process—from restocking and updating inventory to resale—in an integrated manner.

Streamlined Return Process

Previously, return procedures varied by courier and seller, but the integrated return center consolidates these into a single system.

TechTaka explained that this reduces sellers’ return processing time and administrative burden, while also shortening the time it takes for sellable items to be returned to inventory.

Consumers can also process returns without having to select a separate return address or pickup method, and the refund process is expected to be faster.

TechTaka will also operate the Naver Fashion Center, which specializes in fashion products for N Delivery FBN. It handles logistics tailored to the fashion category—from managing products by size and color to seasonal inventory intake and outflow—and supports early-morning delivery with a guarantee of arrival before 7:00 a.m.

The company plans to link the integrated returns center with the Fashion Specialized Center to accelerate inventory turnover for fashion items—which typically have high return rates—and expand sales opportunities. In the future, it will also incorporate AI-based demand forecasting technology using return reason and inspection data.

Through these efforts, TechTaka intends to improve inventory management efficiency and the quality of returns processing, while gradually expanding its logistics capacity and service scope in line with the expansion of N Delivery’s FBN operations.

From D2SF Investment to N Delivery Partnership

The partnership between TechTaka and Naver began with an investment. Since receiving seed funding from Naver’s D2SF in 2020, TechTaka has secured a total of three rounds of investment from Naver through July of this year.

In 2022, it joined the Naver Fulfillment Alliance (NFA) and currently supports N Delivery’s 365-day guaranteed delivery service.

Recently, it has been expanding its multi-platform logistics network by forming guaranteed delivery partnerships with Toss Shopping, Gmarket, and Cafe24 Corp.

Yang Soo-young, CEO of TechTaka, said, “Naver was our first investor in the early days of our startup and a key partner that has helped us develop Argo’s guaranteed delivery fulfillment capabilities,” adding, “With this agreement, we will enhance convenience for both sellers and consumers across Naver’s entire commerce logistics ecosystem.”
