[Edaily Reporter Park Soon-yeop] Mirae Asset Securities is hosting a practical investment competition for domestic futures and options investors.
#Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 17th that it will host the “2026 Domestic Futures and Options Practical Investment Competition.” Following last year’s event, which drew more than 1,000 participants, interest from domestic derivatives investors is expected to continue this year as well.

The competition will run for six months, from July 1 to December 31. Any individual investor with a domestic futures and options account can participate, and registration will be available starting June 15 via the Mirae Asset Securities website and the “M-STOCK” mobile app.
The competition features a total prize pool of 50 million won. Participants will compete in three leagues based on return on investment, profit, and win rate. Mirae Asset Securities plans to offer a total of 13 opportunities to win first place through monthly awards and the selection of league champions at the end of the year.
A program for winners to share their investment experiences will also be held. The “Champion Discussion Seminar,” a core program of the competition, will serve as a forum for winners to share their actual investment strategies and trading experiences. The aim is to create a platform where investors can exchange market response strategies and trading insights, going beyond a simple competition based on return on investment.
Participants can also acquire relevant investment knowledge before joining the competition through the “Futures and Options Guide” within M-STOCK. This guide provides key content—such as the differences between futures and options and stocks, strategies for utilizing stock futures, and hedging strategies using futures and options—organized into basic, advanced, and practical levels.
A Mirae Asset Securities representative stated, “Futures and options are products that allow investors to build portfolios tailored to their investment objectives, such as leveraging two-way profit structures based on market direction or managing asset risk,” adding, “We hope this competition will be a meaningful opportunity to experience trading strategies and share professional investment insights.”
